Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions. Accept or Decline.
Terms and Conditions of Use
It is the responsibility of the user to read and accept the User Administration System (UAS) terms and conditions before using the system. UAS is owned by the Ministry of Transportation (MTO). These terms and conditions are applicable to all users of UAS. Unless your organization accepts and acknowledges the terms and conditions below, you or your organization will not be permitted to use UAS or access any other MTO applications, such as the Driver Education System or the Driver Certification Program System, which require UAS.

1) Your User ID
You must not authorize a third party to access and/or use the UAS or associated MTO systems on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity that takes place with your user ID.

If your organization wishes to permit staff or others involved in the delivery of ministry programs, such as the Driver Certification Program (DCP) or Beginner Driver Education (BDE), you may allow others to create a user ID and have access to other MTO systems, such as the Driver Education System or the Driver Certification Program System. Your organization is responsible for all activity that takes place with these user IDs.

2) Your Password and Account Security
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account created on UAS and/or required to access other MTO systems. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify the ministry immediately. BDE program participants must do so by calling 416-235-2999 or toll free at 1-800-387-3445. DCP participants must do so by calling 416-235-4323.

3) Accepting the Terms
In order to use UAS and access associated MTO systems, you must first agree to the terms and conditions. You may not use the UAS or associated MTO systems and may not accept the terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with the ministry, or (b) you are a person barred from using such systems or applications under the laws of the Province of Ontario. Additionally, you may only accept the terms and conditions if you have sufficient authority to bind your organization to the terms.

4) Termination
The terms and conditions continue to apply as long as you have an account with UAS. If you no longer wish to have access to UAS, you may (a) notify the ministry at any time and (b) close your accounts for all of the ministry programs which you use, where the ministry has made this option available to you.

BDE program participants may advise the ministry, in writing, to the following address:

ServiceOntario Driver and Vehicle Contact Centre
Ministry of Transportation
87 Sir William Hurst Ave,
RM B-051
Toronto, On
M3M 0B4

DCP participants may advise the ministry, in writing, to the following address:

Driver Programs Office
Ministry of Transportation
87 Sir William Hurst Ave,
RM B-051
Toronto, On
M3M 0B4

The ministry may, at any time, terminate your use/access without prior notice.

5) Jurisdiction and Legality
The UAS is owned and operated by the Ministry.

6) Changes to the Terms
The ministry may make changes to the terms from time to time. You understand and agree that if you use the UAS or associated MTO systems, such as the DCP system or the Driver Education System, after the date on which the terms have changed, the ministry will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms.
